Dear Don,
First off I want to thank you for joining our website. I have been involved with Jr. Drum Corps. and Winterguard since 1976 when I marched with a smaller ``A`` corps from NJ. (Monarchs) While I recognized your name....I couldn`t place it. Last night I spent several hours doing some research reading back issues of DRUM CORPS WORLD from 1982 & 1983. To my surprise you are in many of the issues I was researching. I now realize the magnitude your name carries ! I am honored to have you on our site. Thank you for your support ! I noticed you joined the Anthron page.....Were you involved with them or just a fan?

Hello there.......Patrick here ! Welcome to our new website. Our goal here is to have the history of colorguard/winterguard unfold with everyones voices and input. In the near future each defunct colorguard listed on the left will have their own history page where former members,alumni,instructors & fans can post facts and the history of each guard. Just click on name.......and Group page should open....and if it doesn`t open.....just click on ``GROUP`` along top of page. Please bare with us as we set this up. If your team is still active....post everything into your personal profile.Take advantage of the widgets you can add like on facebook....myspace.....etc...etc. You can add pictures with photobucket to your personal page......We encourage embeding colorguard video`s from outside websites.....saves our space for historical pictures. . Only Historical Colorguards will be approved for CGHS slide show. So many ways to have fun with your personal page. We suggest that your personal pictures are added with third-party wedgets.....ex.PHOTOBUCKET or Flickr )...If you want personal slideshow. Remember together we all have a say in our activities history ! If you know any history....like who instructors were and what year`s the guard was active.....awards....etc....etc.....please submit to ``Groups`` page. Also you can post your marching resume` on your home page !! Thanks for joining.....and lets make history fun !!
